And like the LBD, your black leather handbag should be a quality piece, 慶ause you know it抯 gonna get a lot of wear. Sure, the prints, metallics and all the bold patterns of each season always have their appeal, but realistically, you抮e not going to be able to carry that super-statement Ed Hardy bag year in and year out.

Many of their bags come in a tan leather color (under the painted design), but if you’re looking for something a little darker, check out the Anuschka Crsna collection of ebony bags. I personally love the darker color because it makes the hand painted designs stand out more. Just look how the butterflies and flowers pop off the bag in the bag shown above.
What are satchels? Well, yes of course they’re handbags, but satchels are a more specific kind of purse that usually has a top closure, top carry handles, flat bottom, and a semi-triangular side profile. My last satchel purchase was the Kathy Van Zeeland in the clear Swagger Satchel (lemon yellow of course since yellow was HOT this summer), but now I’ve got my eye on the newest satchels for fall.

At eenamaria, we抳e been like squirrels preparing for the Winter! I moved house to the Rockaways, where I now walk to the surf beach (heaven is a place on earth). And this weekend I will be hosting a BBQ to celebrate the move!
Satchels, like totes, offer a lot of versatility but just a little more organization than tote bags. That’s why I’m starting to like them more and more. I love the shape (the flat bottom, the handles) but the fact that I can fit a lot in them without them being bulky and without losing everything at the bottom is an added bonus.

If you’re not familiar with Anuschka, you’re missing out on a really beautiful brand of bags. We dined at David Burke and talked business for hours!

?Lastly, this is the Dylan Zip Tote. Great size; Great color! This is perfect for a long day of shopping, traveling, or if you simply just have a lot of stuff.
Nestled on the totes laptop sleeve are several compartments. Of course, there are slots for your pens, built where they are easily accessible. Then there’s the “no-boys-allowed”, the jewelry pocket, and the make-up pocket. All zippered of course. Not to mention the out-of-the-way water bottle pocket located on the inside of the bag–one of my personal favorites. Plus, the bag’s arsenal includes two mail and receipt filing pockets on the outside.
