If any claim is made by any person against the Vendors in respect of which the Vendors may incur or suffer damages, losses, <China Translation>costs or expenses that might reasonably be considered to be subject to the indemnity obligation of the Purchasers as provided in Section 6.3, the Vendors will notify the Purchasers as soon as reasonably practicable of the nature of such claim and the Purchasers and the Company shall be entitled (but not required) to assume the defense of any suit brought to enforce such claim.
