In the market, the material to t-shirts are more and more. How to choose the suitable material for t-shirt?
T-shirts are normally made of cotton or polyester (or a percentage of both). T-shirts owe its soft natural texture to the
jersey stitch knitting that holds the fabric together. A 100% pre-shrink , heavyweight cotton T-shirt is highly absorbent and comfortable when dried. However, when soaked from over work or exercise, it stick to your skin and block the skin pores. It takes long to dry.
When cotton is blended with polyester (65%, 50%, 40%,
flat iron, 30%, 20% or 10%), it give the shirt strength, reduce shrinking, decrease drying time, enhance wrinkle resistance and better skin breathing. A 50% cotton and 50% polyester fabric makes a great logo shirt,
high heel; a wash and wear – no ironing, ideal gifts for customers, business promotions, clubs, fund raisers, events, reunions, sports team outfits, schools uniform shirts.
T-shirt sizes vary depending on manufactures. The width is measured across the upper chest, and the length from T-shirt shoulder top to tail end. Even pre-shrink T-shirts have a tendency to shrink a bit more when washed. Be sure to check sizes online before placing an order. Buy one size up. If you are unsure or can’t find the size chart, email the company. Ladies T-shirts may be sewed for tight-fit.
